In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Customer" means the individual who places an Order on the website
- "You" means the Customer who places an Order.
- "Product(s)" means the supplier’s products to be sold to Customers via the website in accordance with this agreement.
- “Working Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, bank holiday or public holiday in New South Wales.
Placing an order:
Dear valued customer we have policy there you can only place an order with us by agreeing our term and condition. Please carefully check the product colour, design, shape and dimensions, as Instyle rugs and flooring takes no responsibil ity of your personal choice. All the products information is available on our website, if you still need some more information; please contact our team on the giving contact details over our website. Instyle rugs and flooring takes no responsibility if you misunderstood by a similar looking product from any other sources.
Delivery waiting Period:
We know how important it is to you that you receive your product as soon as possible a fter purchasing. Instyle rugs & Flooring dispatch their product only once the payment gets confirmed. For those products that are in stock, we seek to deliver within 5 - 7 working days. As we rely on courier companies therefore our standard time frame is 1 - 15 working days from the purchase of date. Once we dispatch the product we may email you the tracking number.
We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery timeframe but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Items will be delivered to the address you provided while placing an order.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).
Note: Free deliveries only apply to metro cities, we may do free deliveries to other areas but we have to check the courier cost if not extra charges may applies for some remote regions.
If you receive damage goods please send photo of damage product immediately so, we can inspect it and arrange replacement for the same. Instyle Rugs & Flooring takes no responsibility if you do not inspect your product with in 7 days of recipient for any type of damage claim.
You have 7 days to notify Instyle Rugs & Flooring in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. Please send an email instylerugs@hot mail.com.au or call us on 02 62808094
You may be required to fill in a return form and to send us images of the damage Product for further assessment. Once assessed and approved by our specialists, Instyle Rugs Team will contact you to proceed with the retu rn process. We will arrange a replacement for the product. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our team member you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so.
Change of mind or return policy:
Instyle Rugs & Flooring clears that we do not offer refunds on change of mind. If the product is faulty or damage please send image of damage product it should show clearly over the image . We will arrange the pick up for the damage or faulty product, once we received it; our professional team will inspect that than we will arrange replacement for the same as soon as possible. Pricing and product are subject to change with out any notice In style rugs and Flooring keeps that right.
We do not offer any warranty on any product for any kind replacement or refund unless it is faulty or damage during shipping to consumer. Instyle rugs and flooring may offer replacement.
We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. In this case, you will be responsible for return freight costs.
